Driving Growth and Innovation
Based at our Illinois headquarters, Heather will lead the strategic direction of our U.S. sales team. She will focus on expanding our market presence, guiding national sales strategy, and overseeing a significant revenue portfolio.
With more than 15 years of experience across mass, specialty, club, and e-commerce channels, Heather has managed revenue portfolios exceeding $120M. Her career includes impactful leadership roles with SC Johnson, Philips, Revlon, and ALEX Toys, where she built strong retail partnerships and delivered measurable growth.
