How do I join the loyalty program?
Creating a free MAGNA-TILES Rewards account is all it takes! Once you're signed up, you'll start earning points right away.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by signing up, making purchases, referring friends, celebrating your birthday, and more. Check here all the ways to earn points.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your hard-earned points is easy. Simply apply your points for a discount at checkout. You can use as many or as few points as you've earned. You're in the driver's seat!
Is there a minimum number of points I need before I can redeem them?
Yes! You'll need at least 100 points to start redeeming rewards. You can check your balance any time on your Loyalty page.
Can I earn points on sale or discounted items?
Yes! Points are typically based on what you pay after discounts, so discounted purchases still earn.
Can I earn points on purchases I made before joining?
Unfortunately, points can't be added to orders placed before you joined the program.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account and your points balance will be right at the top of the page.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 of account inactivity, and any earning or redemption activity resets the clock.
Do my rewards expire?
Nope! Once a reward is activated in your account, it's yours to keep.
Can I use my points alongside a discount code?
Yes! In most cases you can combine points with other promotions, and any exceptions will be noted at checkout.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
Points earned on a returned order will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed.
When do I get my birthday reward?
Your birthday reward is added to your account on your birthday, though if you enter your birthday within 1 day of the date, the reward will be issued on your next birthday instead.
I forgot to use my points at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?
Unfortunately not! Points can only be applied before an order is completed.
