We are passionate about supporting classrooms. We help teachers create engaging spaces for play-based learning. The MAGNA-TILES® brand started in classrooms back in 1997. Our partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org builds on this legacy. We are donating sets and funding to over 200 classrooms nationwide.

Bringing Play-Based Learning to Classrooms Again in 2024

Play-based learning is finally getting the spotlight. Connecticut and New Hampshire have new legislation making play a core part of education. We love this focus on how kids learn best. They learn by playing, exploring, and discovering. Play helps young minds grow social, emotional, and cognitive skills naturally.

Connecticut is leading the charge with new legislation. Public schools must incorporate play-based learning from preschool through second grade. This lets kids be curious, creative, and collaborative. It removes the pressure of traditional academics too early. This creates a balanced environment where critical thinking blooms.

New Hampshire is also encouraging hands-on activities and imaginative play. They are swapping out rigid teaching methods. When kids play, they understand concepts more deeply. They are better prepared to apply skills in the real world.

We are all in on this play-based learning movement. Our magnetic sets foster creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. We partner with AdoptAClassroom.org to help teachers in Connecticut and New Hampshire. We provide the resources to bring play-based learning to life. With STEM-accredited MAGNA-TILES sets and funding, teachers make learning fun.

This initiative kicked off on World Teachers’ Day. We support teachers year-round with the tools they need. We inspire the next generation of engineers, architects, and dreamers. We believe in the power of play. This movement makes learning more fun and accessible for everyone. We can’t wait to see what these kids build next!
